I love it when I have the opportunity to take maternity and newborn photos for a couple.
It gives me the opportunity to capture their excitement before their little one arrives,
and their love and happiness when their baby is finally in their arms.

 

 

 

 

Jessa Katie Wilcox

A newborn photo session 6 days after a c-section is not recommended!
But I'm so glad I took these sweet pictures of Jessa to cherish forever...she has already changed so much in 5 weeks.
The photos with the rest of my kids was taken when Jessa was 11 days old.

 

 

 

 

 

Tanner

My friend gave birth to her baby boy 3 days before my baby girl was born,
so I invited her over to get some pictures of Tanner since I already had everything set up for Jessa.

Both babies were so cute and smiley that day!

 

Caroline Noelle

Another December baby that I need to get on my blog before I take her 6 month pictures next month! 

I think this little cutie has the perfect name for a December baby :-). I can't wait to see Caroline and her big sister, Emily!

 

 

 

 

 

Noah

This sweet little baby is going to be 6 months already! I'm scheduled to take his 6 month pictures in a couple weeks, so I figured I better post a few photos from his newborn session first :-).
Noah was such a good baby and his sister is a little doll... I can't wait to see how much they have grown since December!

I can't believe this little guy is already 5 months! He gets cuter every time I see him...if that is even possible :-).

This is another wonderful family that I have met through the Resident's Spouses Association.

This cutie pie was already 2 months old when his mom contacted me for some newborn photos...
so I expected him to be awake the whole session, but he slept better than most 1 week olds!
This is my second successful photo session with older newborns!

I must admit I was a little nervous photographing a 4 week old since I try and do my newborn photo sessions within the first two weeks of birth...but she was perfect!

 

 

Santa Baby

Christmas is my favorite time of year and so I loved this photo session with Baby Charlotte!

I love the antlers, ornaments, Santa hat, and the Christmas tree lights in the background!  

 

Sam I Am

Samuel is so sweet! It took awhile before this little guy finally fell asleep, but once he did his mom and I had so much fun posing him!
